How do hour packages work?
After purchasing, you have a pool of hours for any tasks. Once exhausted, each additional hour is PLN 180 net.
What are the standard support hours?
Mon–Fri, 8:00–18:00. Weekend and 24/7 support are optional add-ons.
Can hours be rolled over?
Hours are valid for 3–6 months depending on the package. Unused hours expire.
How does termination work?
1-month notice period. No long-term commitments.
